⚠︎ IMPORTANT ⚠︎The guaranteed turnaround is 1 MONTHIf you need an artwork significantly sooner than that, you may purchase a rush fee, otherwise the best I can do is keep it to the guaranteed 1 month deadline, so please ensure if you have not purchased a rush fee that your selected date is at least 1 month from the date of your request!All requests must be reviewed by me before approval and I reserve the right to accept or deny any request with no explanation required.

✧ PAYMENT ✧
For the time being, I can only accept payments through Paypal or direct cash if you are being referred to here via me directly in person.When payment is due:
For local commissions, the payment is split 50/50. The client must pay half of the total amount due up front before any work will commence. The remaining balance is due once the artwork is complete and the client has reviewed it. Only after the final payment has been made will the client receive the finished piece.

✧ REVISIONS ✧You may request a revision during the initial art stages (please note that if I have already started rendering, there may be additional fees for anything more than a minor adjustment).Up to 3 times during the sketch phase.
Up to 2 times during the colouring phase.
Max of 1 in the final rendering phase (additional fees may apply).

✧ USE AND COPYRIGHT ✧Intellectual Property and Allowed UsageAs the artist, I retain all copyrights to the artwork. I reserve the right to post it in my portfolio and on social media unless a privacy fee is purchased.The client must clearly credit me whenever the artwork is posted, displayed or shared publicly (e.g. "Art by AzariKay")Licenses and AgreementNon-transferable license:
The usage rights granted to the client upon final payment are exclusive and non-transferable. The client may not sell, lease, sub-license, or give away these usage rights to any third party without explicit, written permission from me.Personal Use (license agreement):
Standard personal use license, you may use it as your profile, personal header or backgrounds, wallpaper, personal art prints, art reference for your character, etc. No profit may be made from this art.Commercial Content (license agreement):
Standard Commercial content license, with an additional fee, you are allowed to use this art as part of your branding for commercial purposes (ie. Streaming, video production, illustrated novels (not picture books) or book covers, or general content creation and so on) you may NOT use this art for direct sale or otherwise make profit directly off the art itself.Disallowed Usage (NFT & AI Rules)When you request a commission from me, you are paying for the final artwork—not the right to use it for tech or crypto projects.No AI training: You are strictly prohibited from feeding my art into AI programs, this includes but is not restricted to programs like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, or Stable diffusion. This includes my final drawings, early sketches, and progress pictures.No NFTs or Crypto: You are strictly prohibited from turning my art into an NFT (Non-Fungible Token). You cannot upload it to the blockchain, use it with cryptocurrency platforms, or try to sell it as a digital crypto asset.Abandonment PolicyIf you request a commission from me, you are expected to keep in touch to the best of your ability, to ensure smooth progression of all my clients, please refer to the following.The 14-Day Pause:
If I send you an update, a question, or an invoice, and I do not hear back from you for 14 consecutive days, your project goes on a temporary pause so I can work with other clients.The 30-Day Cancellation:
If you completely ghost me for 30 consecutive days without telling me beforehand, your commission is officially cancelled.If Your Project is CancelledNo refunds:
You forfeit the right to request any refunds. Any money you have already paid will not be refunded. This is to cover the time I already spent working on your piece and holding your spot.Art rights:
You forfeit the right to use any of the art I made for you. I keep the sketches and unfinished art, and I can change it or do with it as I see fit, if it was a character you already owned prior, I can simply change or discard the art. If it was a character I designed for you, you forfeit the right to use the design.Coming Back from the DeadIf you vanish due to a real emergency and want to finish the art later, acceptance is at my sole discretion. If I agree to resume your commission, you will have to pay a restart fee to get back into my active schedule.Restart fee:
You must pay a non-refundable restart fee of up to 20% of the total project value. This covers the time of reopening your project and rearranging my current queue.New timeline:
Your project will not automatically jump to the front of the line. It will be scheduled around my current client workload and active queue.Updated rates:
If my general commission rates have increased while your project was cancelled, the remaining balance of your project will be billed at my current, updated rates.

✧ REFUND AND CANCELLATION ✧
Please note that refunds only apple to active projects. If your project was cancelled due to abandonment (see Abandonment Policy), you forfeit all rights to a refund regardless of what stage the artwork is in.You may request a refund at different stages of the process, however please note that if I have already made significant progress on your request, that I cannot offer a full refund other than for personal reasons (ie. If I could not complete your order due to health reasons, etc.).100% refund during the initial sketch phase.
50% refund during the colouring phase.
20% refund during the final rendering phase.Please note that if I have already completed your request and sent it off to you, you may NOT request a refund for any reason.
